Twinning with Gouvieux

The twinning between Gouvieux and Dorking & District has now been in existence for 11 years. The links remain as firm as ever, although they are mostly now via the established links that have been forged between the interested groups and schools.

We would welcome suggestions from people and groups in the Dorking area for further connections between our two towns.

Twinning with Güglingen, Germany

We have had another exciting year with our twinning with Güglingen. This is a lovely community in the Baden-Württemberg area of Germany. It shares various features with Dorking, including local vineyards.

We need to ensure all residents of Dorking are willing to participate in the twinning activities. We need more members to join the Town Twinning Association. Subscriptions are £5 individual membership, £10 family membership and £15 for corporate membership.
