Tourist Information Centre
Dorking's Visitor Information Centre is situated in the foyer of Dorking Halls, which is located at the eastern end of the town, opposite the Mole Valley council offices and adjacent to the new sports centre. The centre stocks a wide range of booklets and leaflets about the area, including accommodation, walking and visitor attraction guides. Staff are pleased to receive callers or telephone enquires between the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays. Outside these hours whilst the main halls complex are open the centre is unmanned although static information and leaflets are still available. Telephone on 01306 879327 or email at visitor.information@mole-valley.gov.uk
There is also a pictorial town map and general information board outside Barclays bank in the High Street and a small information board situated in The Old Kings Head Court opposite Nat West bank. Many shops and eating establishments throughout the town also have town leaflets available.
