Youth Hostels

There are currently two youth hostels in the Dorking area.

Tanners Hatch is just north of the town situated at the edge of the Polesden Lacey estate. The hostel is only accessible on foot, as the nearest road is a 15-20 min walk away. However guests are rewarded by a tranquil environment, nestling in the Surrey Hills area of outstanding natural beauty.

Holmbury St Mary is south west of the town situated in the Surrey Hills area of outstanding natural beauty, close to the villages of Abinger Hammer and Gomshall. The hostel is accessible by car and served by local buses.
